Pennywise Project / Morgan Woods Housing Complex |

Keiser Homes is very proud to have been part of the
Pennywise Project, a multifamily housing complex of affordable homes on
Martha's Vineyard. We were approached several years ago to be
part of this project, and was deeply involved with the design as
well as the construction phase of the process. Though our part of
this project is completed, we have continued to watch the project much
like a parent watches over their children upon them leaving home. What began, to us, as the Pennywise Project, is now Morgan Woods. Below are photos of the multifamily homes, and links to several articles from the Martha's Vineyard Times about the project. |
